We accept all major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid plans.  To verify we are in-network with your plan or to obtain your physical therapy benefits prior to your appointment, just call either of our offices and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.  Please have your member id, group number, and patient date of birth available.
